About Coach Lisa

Lisa’s expertise particularly shines in working with competitive female athletes aged 12-18, a critical period when many young athletes experience dips in confidence and performance. Lisa helps them break through these barriers and emerge as fierce, confident athletes.

Over the years, Lisa has coached and mentored hundreds of athletes, helping them achieve their personal and athletic goals—whether it’s leveling up their play, earning a college scholarship, making the All-American team, or recovering from injury. She creates individualized programs designed to close the gap between where athletes are and where they aspire to be.

All programs run in 8-week blocks and are customized to meet your pre-season, off-season, and in-season needs.

Nutrition Coaching

Athletes and parents will gain a comprehensive understanding of the critical role nutrition plays in sports, exercise, overall health, and athletic performance.

Throughout the program, athletes gain a deep understanding of the role of each macronutrient—protein, carbohydrates, and fats—and how each is essential for optimal body function and athletic performance. They also learn how to calculate macronutrient ratios tailored to their specific needs, as well as determine daily calorie requirements for light, moderate, and intense training days.
