About Coach Lisa

Lisa Cesaro specializes in training the competitive female athlete, ages 12-18. She believes it is during these crucial periods of development that female athletes begin to waver in their self-confidence and experience a dip in both physical and mental performance. Lisa helps female athletes breakthrough mental and physical barriers and assists them in becoming the fierce and confident athlete they were born to be.

Nutrition Coaching

Athletes and parents gain a clear understanding of how nutrition impacts, sports, exercise, overall health and athletic performance.

Throughout the consultation and coaching process, athletes will learn practical tips, strategies & methods of fueling the body.

At the end of the day, how you fuel your body affects your performance. Coach Lisa creates simple and basic action plans to help athletes make the best food choices while teaching athletes how to apply science-based nutrition information to develop and optimize their nutrition and eating habits.

Mindset Training

Individual or Small Group Approach

Athletes learn the mindset, habits and routines needed to consistently perform at their best, overcome obstacles and achieve long-term success. The focus of mindset training is to help athletes achieve their full potential using actionable tools and strategies such as goal-setting activities, visualization, focus exercises, self-talk, meditation, journaling, pre-game routines, mistake recovery and more.
