Lisa is the most dedicated coach I have ever met. She cares deeply about each one of her athletes. We have participated in two of her programs. Each was well designed. Lisa thoroughly plans each training session, works with individual athletes to ensure that they execute the correct form, encourages athletes to push themselves and praises them for making the commitment to be the best they can be. Lisa has a wholistic approach where she educates athletes and parents about hydration, nutrition, sleep, recovery and attitude, in addition to providing the physical training regimen. And I truly appreciate how she makes herself available outside of training to answer questions, forward resource links and provide tips based on her experience. Throughout these communications she has continued to praise and encourage our young athlete. We are truly blessed to have Lisa as a resource within our community.

Lisa is absolutely awesome. She is dedicated to all her trainees and passionate about what she does.
My son trained with Lisa this past summer. It was the best training he ever received.
My son lacked speed in running.
He needed to be able to run a mile in less than 7:30.
He started out this summer at about 9:00 minutes a mile.
After training with Lisa throughout the summer he was able to get down to 7:05.
Lisa takes the time to get to know every athlete individually and sets a program that's best for that person.
